If you have selected a personalised item, you can add the details into the personalisation box when order.

All products are handmade to order, please find below the standard timescales in which you can expect that your order will be ready to post.

> Mason jars - between 1 to 2 weeks

> Clothing - 5-7 working days

All other items take 1-3 working days.

At checkout you can choose between the following delivery methods

1st Class

2nd Class

If you have any problems or questions about an existing order, please contact as soon as possible. I will always do my best to offer either a refund or replacement.

Yes. At checkout there is an option to collect your order or have it delivered. Collection details are provided at the end of checkout and I will get in touch to arrange a date/time once your order is ready.
